We stayed here for an event in Piedmont so we weren't at the cabin very much, but I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy the "small" cabins were! Two bathrooms, a mini kitchen with a small stove, toaster, fridge, and a nice little dining area. Overall the most important part was that I felt safe being there. We didn't have cell service but the Wi-Fi worked great. Great experience and I would stay again!

Love the relaxed vibe here! We had a hassle free self check in. Cabins 106 & 107 were cozy and had plenty of space for our needs. Each one had a fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, two TVs, a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and closet, ceiling fan in each room, small dining table w chairs, outdoor seating, picnic table, grill, and plenty of parking. Drive up to the lake for fishing, boating, or swimming! Hang out in the resort’s game room, play basketball, tether ball, horseshoes, swim in the pool, relax on one of the many porch swings around the resort, or gather around a campfire. This place has something for everyone. The pool was so awesome!! Plenty of shaded seating, nice lighting at night, just an overall ambient atmosphere that works well for all ages. The place also has laundry facilities, firewood, and bags of ice. The owners seemed so kind and friendly, they were very responsive by text, and could be seen around the resort taking care of things. I loved that they gave our family privacy and space to enjoy each other and the amenities of the resort, we were so relaxed the entire time. We will definitely be back!
My brother and I visited the Clearwater Lake Resort in March 2021, for a fishing trip. We found the resort to be a perfect location, near the dam, spill way, the Black river, Piedmont Park and the Marina. The Clearwater Market is very nearby on HH for any food/fuel needs. The cabins were very nice, spacious, quiet and well maintained, with nice amenities. The owner, Ken, is extremely customer focussed and ensures your stay is great. Whether on a family vacation or a fishing trip, I highly recommend the Clearwater Lake Resort to all. B. Naughton
Am awesome place to stay. The owner is vet hospital. The cabins we stayed in was small but very comfortable. We did walk to the dam to go fishing but it was quite a hike, I would recommend driving to the lake. There’s all kinds of things to do at the resort to keep you busy. Horse shoes, basketball, swimming, a game room with ms Pac-Man and a pool table. Me and my wife loved it here and are coming back for her birthday in July. I would highly recommend staying here!!
We had a death in the family. With only 1 days notice Ken set up 4 cabins for our family members and was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The cabins were clean and well outfitted, ours had 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen size bed, the kitchenette has a full size stove and refrigerator and all dishes are in the cabinets. It was a great place to stay under unfortunate conditions, I am looking forward to a return trip when I am on vacation.

This place was amazing. The cabins were very nice and clean. The owners were great and even joked with our kids. The pool was nice, clean and perfect temperature.
